The Control Center probes the real website server and opens W01–W09 through it when available. It never silently substitutes V4.4.9.86.5 for the missing protected V4.4.9.86.5.1.

Use the Windows Control Center buttons: ATTACH EXACT .86.5.1 SOURCE → START VERIFIED WEBSITE. The source is never edited or deleted. Older .86.5 is rejected as protected production.
